Metz, Lindie

Adventure-loving Lindie Metz spent most of her post-matric year working in Katima Mulilo, a small village in Namibia’s Caprivi strip. Here she quickly had to learn many survival skills, from driving a 4X4 to starting a fire without Blitz. A keen traveller who wanted to see the world ever since she can remember, she left for London shortly after her African adventure. Three years working and travelling in Europe taught her to become self-sufficient and fix whatever needed fixing. She currently works as a freelance book designer in Cape Town.
